Hi! I'm Sean Tepper

I'm a journalist and editor based in Toronto currently working as a Senior Supervising Editor at theScore. If I had to describe myself in 140 characters, I'd say that I'm a jack of all trades who has worked a variety of different roles in print, online, broadcast and mobile journalism.

You may have seen some of my work in The Globe and MailThe Toronto Star or theScore, where I've covered everything from crime and municipal politics to sports and pop culture trends, or you may recognize me for my nerdy, pop culture banter on CTV News Channel's Fame Factor and Culture Shock panels. Formerly the Editor-in-Chief of The Eyeopener, Ryerson University's independent student newspaper, I've also had my work appear on RaptorsHQSportsnet.ca and the now defunct Grid Magazine.

During my time as Editor-in-Chief I was in charge of managing the relaunch and redesign of The Eyeopener's website and in April 2014, it won a Canadian Community Newspaper Award for Best Campus Website. In 2016, during my time as theScore esports' Sr. Supervising Editor, the publication received an Esports Industry Award for Best Esports Coverage Website. However, my crowning achievement is being dubbed a "Top Critic" on Rotten Tomatoes.

Originally from Montreal, I moved to Toronto in 2010 and graduated from Ryerson University's School of Journalism in 2013.

Feel free to check out a more complete list of my work or drop me a line
